Chemical blackening process for both 201 and 304 stainless steels

摘要 介绍了一种201、304不锈钢通用发黑工艺。研究了着色液各组分和挂具的材质对黑色膜性能的影响。着色的最佳配方与工艺为:CrO3165g/L,H2SO4310mL/L,H3P0460mL,L,添加剂A(铵盐)60g/L,添加剂B(过渡金属元素的硫酸盐)143g/L,着色温度91~95℃,着色时间20~25min,以304不锈钢丝作挂具。在最佳配方与工艺条件下,201、304不锈钢黑板的膜层均匀、黑亮,耐蚀性能均优于对应的基体,耐磨擦性能优越。 A chemical blackening process appropriated for both 201 and 304 stainless steels was introduced. The effects of the composition of coloring solution and rack material on the properties of black film were studied. The optimal composition of coloring bath and process parameters are as follows: CrO3 165 g/L, H2SO4 310 mL/L, H3PO4 60 mL/L, additive A (an ammonium salt) 60 g/L, additive B (a transition metal sulfate) 143 g/L, coloring temperature 91-95 ℃, coloring time 20-25 min, and use of 304 stainless steel wire as the rack. Under the optimal composition and process conditions, the films on both stainless steels are uniform and jet-black, have better corrosion resistance than corresponding substrates, and show excellent wear resistance.
