摘要 软件外包项目中的进度风险是软件项目管理的重要内容.针对软件外包的特点,对软件项目的时间-费用交换问题(TCTP)进行研究,提出通过优化软件过程达到进度风险控制的思路.以开发者的收益最大化为目标构建了基于进度的软件项目风险优化控制决策模型,并设计了相应的粒子群算法.最后通过一个算例验证了模型的有效性.该模型充分考虑了开发者收益最大化的目标,为软件项目开发者进行风险控制提供了思路和方法. Schedule risk of software outsourcing projects is an important topic in software project management.According to the characteristics of the software outsourcing,time-cost trade-offs problem of software project(STCTP)is studied.In order to control schedule risk,software process should be optimized.An optimization control decision-making model of software project is proposed,of which the object is to maximize the developers’earnings.A particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by a numerical example.This model fully considered the income maximization of providers,and provides a new idea and method for developers to control the risk of software projects.
