项目群资源优化的改进动态规划算法

Improved dynamic programming algorithm for optimization of projects resources management

根据国内外项目群资源管理的相关研究成果,归纳了资源优化问题的一般研究方法,并针对项目群管理的特点,结合层次分析方法与动态规划理论,提出了项目群资源管理的改进动态规划算法程序步骤;最后应用本文提出的改进算法,建立了一个实例的层次结构,得出了子项目的总体权重系数,进行了实例中原始效益的校正,再运用动态规划理论,对资源进行了优化.

On the basis of deeply studying the researches on projects resources management at home and abroad the common method of resources optimization is generalized.In terms of the character of project management and integrating the analytic hievarchic process（AHP）and dynamic programming,an improved dynamic programming process of the projects resources management is proposed.In the end,the method is adopted to establish the hierarchic structure of the case;the total index is educed;the original data of the case is revised;the resources management is optimized by the method.
