摘要
针对930型矿用卡车车斗结构,建立了三维实体模型和有限元模型。分别进行了车斗结构在静载和转弯两种典型工况下的强度和刚度分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。分析结果表明,改进后的车斗结构能显著提高车斗的承载能力和可靠性,为车斗结构的设计和改进提供了理论指导。
The 3D solid model and the finite element model of the hopper of a 930 mine truck were built, and the strength and stiffness of the hopper were separately analyzed at static loading mode and steering mode, and corresponding improvement measures were proposed. The analysis results showed that the improved hopper had higher load carrying capacity and reliability. The analysis offered theoretical guidance for the design and improvement of the truck hopper.
