摘要
腔型曲线设计和衬板选材是液压圆锥破碎机动、定锥衬板磨损的最主要因素。河卵石制砂时,衬板使用600h,制砂54000t后,对动、定锥衬板的磨损情况进行分析,找出磨损量最大区位和形成原因,通过优化设计和改进选材,提高了动、定锥衬板的使用寿命和液压圆锥破碎机的生产效率。
Chamber figure and liner material are the most major factor affecting the abrasion of the moving and fixed liner in the hydraulic cone crusher. In the paper, after the hydraulic cone crusher producing 54 000 tsand from pebbles for 600 h, the abrasion of moving and fixed conical liner was analyzed. The area of maxi- mum abrasion amount and formation causes were found out. Finally, the service life of the moving and fixed conical liner and the productivity of the hydraulic cone crasher improved after applying optimized design and improved material.
