摘要
为了解决不同物料的选择性破碎问题,以井下煤和矸石破碎分离机为例,采用液压式选择性破碎的方法,结合对辊破碎机的结构,从破碎辊筒运动与液压缸受力的角度进行分析,确定了选择性破碎的条件,并导出了液压缸推力与物料抗压强度、物料粒度、物料与辊筒接触状况以及辊筒结构之间的数学表达式,为后续设计高效率选择性破碎机提供了理论依据。
In order to solve the selective crushing of different materials, the selective separation of trader- ground coal and gangue by applying hydraulic selective crushing was analyzed from the motion of the crushing rollers and the force angle of the hydraulic cylinder in combination with the structure of the roller crusher, andthe conditions of selective crushing were determined. In addition, the mathematical expression of the cylinder thrust with material compressive strength, material granularity, contact status of material and the roller structure were deduced, which offered theoretical basis for designing efficient selective crushers.
