摘要
以RPSA分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制备了一系列以Co为主活性组分和碱土金属为助剂的CoM/RPSA(M=Mg、Ca、Sr和Ba)催化剂,考察了含硫和含氧条件下直接催化分解N2O的性能。采用X射线衍射、热重-质谱联用系统、NH3-TPD和N2O-TPD等方法对催化剂进行了表征。XRD结果表明,Co物种主要以Co3O4尖晶石形态存在。NH3-TPD和N2O-TPD结果表明,碱土金属的种类影响催化剂酸性和对反应物N2O的吸附-脱附性能,催化剂活性与催化剂酸性及其对反应物N2O的吸附-脱附性能有关。催化剂活性评价结果显示,CoSr/RPSA催化剂的N2O分解活性较好,N2O转化率达到95%时的反应温度为471℃。
CoM/RPSA(M = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) catalysts were prepared as the main active component and alkaline earth as the promoters by impregnation method, using cobalt Catalytic performance of CoM/RPSA for N2O decomposition was investigated in the presence of oxygen and sulfur dioxide. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,TG-DSC-MS, NH3-TPD and N2O-TPD. XRD results showed that Co species mainly existed as Co3O4. NH3-TPD and N2O-TPD results showed that the catalytic activity was related to the acidity and adsorption-desorption behaviors of the catalyst. CoSr/RPSA catalyst exhibited favorable activity, with N2O conversion of 95% at reaction temperature of 471%.
