摘要
制备Brnsted-Lewis双酸性离子液体催化剂[Emim]HSO4-AlCl3,并用于催化1-丁烯齐聚反应,考察催化剂用量、反应压力、反应温度和反应时间对1-丁烯齐聚产物选择性的影响。结果表明,强酸性离子液体催化1-丁烯齐聚反应得到的产物主要为四聚体。在n(AlCl3)∶n([Emim]HSO4)=1∶1、催化剂用量2.5 g、反应温度30℃、反应压力0.08 MPa和反应时间1.0 h条件下进行齐聚反应,产物选择性和反应体系的稳定性较理想。
Bronsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquid for l-butene oligomerization. Effects of catalyst [ Emim] HSO4-AlCl3 was prepared and used as the catalyst dosage , reaction pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time on the selectivity to oligomerization products were investigated. The results showed that 1-butene oligomerization products were mainly tetramers in the presence of acidic ionic liquid. Favorable selectivity and stability were obtained under following condition: n ( AlCl3 ) : n ( [ Emim ] HSO4 = 1: 1, catalyst dosage 2.5 g, reaction temperature 30 ℃, reaction pressure 0. 08 MPa, reaction time 1 h.
