摘要
提出一种能够快速全面地评价双离合自动变速器用油摩擦特性的方法,该方法包括低速滑摩试验、黏温(μ-p-t)性能试验和耐久性能试验3部分。评价结果表明,低速滑摩试验能够评价自动传动液的抗颤抖性能,对于不同质量的油品有良好的区分性;黏温(μ-p-t)性能试验可考察双离合器润滑油随着温度和压力变化时的摩擦学性能特性;耐久试验与低速滑摩试验结合可以评价双离合变速器用油的摩擦耐久性能。采用SAE No.2通用湿式摩擦试验机对一种新研制的双离合自动变速器用油进行全面的摩擦性能评价,结果表明,研制油具有优良的低速抗颤抖性能,且能够满足长寿命的使用要求。
A special test method was developed for determining the comprehensive friction periormance ot dual clutch transmission fluids (DCTFs). This method includes three parts : low speed slip test,μ-p-t( friction coefficient, pressure and temperature)performance test and durability test. The results show that the low speed slip test method can determine the anti-shudder performance of automatic transmission fluids ( ATFs), it shows a good distinguish ability to different ATFs. Theμ-p-t performance test can evaluate the influence of various temperature and work pressure on friction per- formance of DCTFs. The durability test can determine the life of DCTFs. The SAE No. 2 wet frictional test machine was used to determine a new developed DCTF,it is showed that the developed DCTF can satisfy the application requirement of long-life and an excellent low-speed anti-shudder performance.
