摘要
在现有的柴油机油产品基础上,通过配方调整,开发一种以磺酸盐/酚盐添加剂为主剂的高耐水型船用柴油机油,对其进行综合性能评定。结果表明,研制油具有优良的高温清净、抗氧防腐、抗磨性能和优异的耐水性能,并能满足船用二冲程柴油机的使用要求。
A new marine diesel engine oil was developed based on the formula of oils in use, which has high water re- sistance with sulfonate and phenolate as the primary additives. The performance of the developed engine oil was entirely evaluated. The results show that the developed engine oil has good high temperature detergency, antioxidation, corrosion in- hibition, as well as water resistance. It can meet the request of marine two-stroke diesel engine.
