摘要
采用有限元分析法,选取秦安小湾河混凝土面板堆石坝坝体典型剖面,利用ANSYS软件建立模型和划分网格,模拟工程实际分期、分级施加荷载,在竣工期和蓄水期2种工况下进行二维有限元应力应变计算,分析了不同工况下坝体最大垂直位移和上下游最大水平位移,坝体最大大、小主应力,面板顺坡向应力及周边缝剪切、拉伸位移的情况.结果表明:垂直位移的变化不如水平位移的变化明显,坝体的应力水平均不高,周边缝的拉伸位移和剪切位移都较小,面板变形协调,坝体位移及应力应变满足安全要求.依据工程实例,此方法计算精度满足要求,方法简便、成果直观.
Using finite element analysis method and selecting representative profile of the dam in Xi- aowa; River,model and mesh were set by ANSYS software. Simulation engineering stage and grading load location, two dimension finite element stress and strain were calculated in completion period and storage pe- riod. The maximum vertical displacement and horizontal displacement of the dam upstream and down- stream, big and small principal stress of the dam, along the slope stress of the face plate and surrounding seam shear or stretching displacement in different periods had been analyzed. The results showed that the change of the horizontal displacement was smaller than that of the vertical displacement. The stress level of dam was not high. The stretch displacement and shear displacement of surrounding seam were small. The face plate deformation was coordination, and stress strain of the dam could meet safety requirements. Ac- cording to engineering example, this calculation method was simple and intuitive,which could meet the ac- curacy reouirement
