摘要
对桑叶提取物的提取工艺、提取物抑菌活性进行研究,以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为指示菌,以抑菌圈直径为考察指标,优化提取工艺条件,并对桑叶提取物水溶液进行初步分离,分析最佳萃取相。结果表明,桑叶抑菌有效成分提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%vol,提取温度70℃,提取时间4 h,固液比为1∶30。
In this study,the extraction of antibacterial effective components in mulberry leaves and their antibacterial activity were investigated.Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli bacteria were used as indicator bacteria and the inhibition zone diameter used as inspection target to optimize the extraction conditions.Besides,the preliminary separation of mulberry leaves extracts solution was carried out to analyze the optimum extraction phase.The optimum extraction conditions were summed up as follows:ethanol concentration was 70 %vol,extraction temperature was at 70 ℃,extraction time was 4 h,and the ratio of solids to liquid was 1∶30.
