酿造机械化与传统工艺相比,具有减少手工劳动、改善生产环境、产能提升等优点,但同时机械化工艺的运用还需注意人员素质的培养,物料漏料、抛洒,以及设备的清理、冲洗等问题。
Automated production had the advantages including reducing manual labor,improving working environment,and increasing production capacity.Meanwhile,the following aspects should be highly valued in automated production：technicians training,raw materials leakage,and the cleaning and washing of equipments.
