摘要
酿造机械化与传统工艺相比,具有减少手工劳动、改善生产环境、产能提升等优点,但同时机械化工艺的运用还需注意人员素质的培养,物料漏料、抛洒,以及设备的清理、冲洗等问题。
Automated production had the advantages including reducing manual labor,improving working environment,and increasing production capacity.Meanwhile,the following aspects should be highly valued in automated production:technicians training,raw materials leakage,and the cleaning and washing of equipments.
