摘要
通过对当前世界能源形势的分析,指出低碳经济是社会的必然选择,而中国白酒产业是国民经济低碳发展的重要部分。对中国白酒产业低碳发展已初步具备的外部环境、法律保障、技术支撑及人才储备作简要介绍;指出中国白酒产业要通过提高认识确立低碳发展的目标,加强科技创新推行清洁生产,并购重组实现规模经济,利用生物技术完善产业链融合来实现低碳发展。
Low carbon economy is the inevitable choice for society.Liquor-making industry is an important part of low carbon economic development in China.In this paper,the external environment to practice low carbon development for liquor-making industry such as legal safeguard,technical support,and talents reserve were introduced.Liquor-making industry should improve its low carbon knowledge to achieve its low carbon development goals by strengthening technical innovation,implementing clean production,quickening enterprise merger to achieve scale economy,and using biotech to perfect industrial chain to further realize low carbon development.
