右美沙芬缓释混悬液与乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合治疗儿童咳嗽的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价右美沙芬缓释混悬液与乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合治疗儿童咳嗽的临床疗效。方法对2011年2-5月四川大学华西第二医院收治的急性呼吸道感染伴咳嗽、咳痰症状患儿采用开放、随机对照方法分为治疗组(右美沙芬缓释混悬液+乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒)51例,对照组(复方福尔可定)46例,治疗疗程均为5d,比较两组单个症状改善程度、综合症状改善率、总有效率、服药依从性及不良反应。结果两组在化痰、止咳等方面均有显著的临床疗效,均未发现明显药物不良反应。与对照组相比,治疗组能更有效地减少痰量、降低痰液黏稠度,临床症状综合改善率高于对照组(Z=-3.467,P〈0.05),总有效(88.24%)高于对照组(71.74%)(X^2=4.178,P〈0.05),服药依从性优于对照组(Z=-5.082,P〈0.05)。结论右美沙芬缓释混悬液与乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合用于儿童止咳、祛痰疗效可靠,具有良好的依从性及安全性,值得儿科临床选用。
