摘要
加强高职学生的就业创业能力是当前高等职业教育的一项重要任务。调查发现,高职学生就业能力有20项核心指标、创业能力有15项核心指标,就业能力和创业能力有10项公共能力指标,从而构建出高职学生就业创业能力指标体系,为高职院校开展就业创业教育提供有益参考。
It is an important task to strengthen higher vocational education students＇ employment and entrepreneurial abili- ties. Investigation showed that there are 20 core indicators 4n students＇ employment ability of higher vocational education, 15 core indicators in the students＇ entrepreneurial abilities of higher vocational education, and 10 core indicators in com- mon, and the indicator system for higher vocational education students＇ employment and entrepreneurial abilities was built, which aims to provide significant reference for enhancing employment education and entrepreneurship of higher voca- tional colleges.
