农村职业教育纳入义务教育体系的财政预算可行性分析

目前,我国农村职业教育在普及力度、培训内容、办学条件、师资水平等方面都存在一定的问题,其根本原因是没有充足的经费保障。因此,我国有必要对农村职业教育重新定位,将其纳入义务教育体系,由中央和地方各级财政予以支持。数据测算发现,这一做法在财政上是可行的。

At present, rural vocational education in China faces with some problems in the aspects of popularization degree, training contents, school-running conditions, teaching staff, etc. and the fundamental reason lies in the lack of sufficient funds. Therefore, it is necessary to re-orientate the rural vocational education, integrate it into the compulsory education system, and help it get support from national and local financial department. The data forecasting showed that the approach is feasible in finance.
