摘要
目的:研究飞龙掌血石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、硅胶与凝胶柱色谱法对飞龙掌血石油醚部位进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从飞龙掌血的石油醚部位中分离得到6个化合物,通过波谱数据及理化性质分别鉴定为十八酸(1)、油酸(2)、亚油酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、茴芹内酯(5)和去甲白屈菜红碱(6)。其中化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可为飞龙掌血的进一步研究提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in petroleum parts of Toddalia asiatica. METHODS: The com- pounds were isolated from petroleum parts of T. asiatica and purified by TLC, silica gel and gel column chromatography. The struc- tures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were obtained and elucidated as octadecanoic acid (1), oleic acid (2), linoleic acid (3), fl-sitosterol (4), pimpinellin (5) and norchelerythrine (6) by physico- chemical properties and spectral analysis. Compounds 1~3 were isolated from the plant for the first time. CONCLUSION: The tri- al results provide reference for further study of T. asiatica.
