摘要
目的:测定枳壳果皮、核瓤中的主要有效成分含量并进行比较分析,为枳壳综合开发利用提供依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法分别测定枳壳果皮、核瓤中辛弗林和4种黄酮苷的含量。结果:辛弗林、芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的进样量分别在0.058~0.696、0.014~4.720、0.017~28.920、0.031~20.520、0.028~18.520μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9996);平均加样回收率分别为98.21%、97.02%、97.71%、98.55%、98.41%,RSD分别为1.61%、1.98%、2.00%、1.14%、1.47%(n均为6)。结论:枳壳果皮中有效成分的含量总体均大于核瓤。但枳壳核瓤中存在有效化学成分,可考虑进一步综合利用。
OBJECTIVE: To determine and analyze main active ingredients of peel and core flesh of Citrus aurantium compara- tively, and to provide the basis for comprehensive development and utilization of C. aurantium. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was used to determine the contents of 4 kinds of flavonoids glucoside and synephrine in peel and core flesh of C. aurantium. RE- SULTS: The linear ranges were 0.058-0.696μg for synephrine, 0.014-4.720μg for narirutin, 0.017-28.920 μg for naringin, 0.031-20.520 p.g for hesperidin, 0.028-18.520 μg for neohesperidin (r≥0.999 6). Average recoveries were 98.21% , 97.02% , 97.71%, 98.55% and 98.41% respectively. RSDs were 1.61%, 1.98%, 2.00%, 1.14% and 1.47%(n=6). CONCLUSION: The contents of active ingredients in peel of C. aurantium are higher than core flesh. The active chemical ingredients has been found in the peel of C. aurantium and can be considered for comprehensive utilization.
