我院2009-2011年中药饮片的临床应用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of TCM Detection Pieces in Our Hospital from 2009 to 2011

目的:了解中药饮片的临床应用与变化情况,为其科学管理和使用提供依据。方法:对我院2009-2011年中药饮片的年用量、年销售额,用量、销售额排序前10位的中药饮片与各类中药饮片的用量和销售额进行统计分析。结果:我院2009-2011年中药饮片的年用量与年销售额呈逐步上升趋势;3年间年用量排序前10位的中药饮片品种基本相同,茯苓、黄芪、白术稳居前3位。各类中药饮片的用量和销售额大致相同,其中补气类中药饮片用量最多,销售额也最大。结论:中药饮片在我院临床应用广泛,且使用量持续增加,做好统计分析对中药饮片的使用和管理有积极意义。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization and change of TCM detection pieces in our hospital so as to provide refer- ence for scientific management and clinical use of it. METHODS： The annual total amount and consumption sum,top 10 TCM de- tection pieces in the list of amount and consumption sum in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed as well as the sale and consumption sum of different TCM species in the 3 years. RESULTS： The total amount and consumption sum of TCM detection pieces in our hospital was increasing during 2009--2011. The types of top 10 TCM detection pieces in the list of consumption quan- tity had no changes in 3 years. Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus and Atracgylodes macrocephala always ranked the first 3 plac- es. The amount and consumption sum were similar among those TCM. The drug for tonifying qi was the first in the list of amount and consumption sum. CONCLUSION： TCM decoction piece is widely used in the clinic in our hospital, and the amount grows continuously. The statistical analysis is meaningful for the management and clinical use of TCM decoction piece.
