在介绍糖蛋白结构的基础上,从P-糖蛋白防止机体对有害物质的吸收和介导物质的输出、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及通过影响活性氧影响机体细胞凋亡方面阐述了其抗肿瘤机制,展望了关于糖蛋白研究的新方向,指出糖生物学的研究重点将逐渐向糖链结构的解析及其在疾病中的作用等方向转变。

Based on the introduction of glycoprotein structure, the antitumor mechanism of P-glycoprotein is described from the aspects of preventing the absorption of hazardous substances and output of mediated materials, inducing apoptosis of tumor cells, and influencing organism cell apoptosis through the effect on reactive oxygen. The new direction for glycoprotein research is prospected, and the paper also points out that the focus of glycobiology research will gradually transform to the direction of sugar chain structure analysis and its role in disease.
