摘要
通过对同步轮塑件的结构工艺分析,设计出精密注塑模具。塑件采用一模四腔、点浇口的成型方案,模具型腔重要尺寸的计算需考虑模具制造误差、磨损误差,选择合适的模具分型面以保证塑件的形位公差,采用楔面定位结构来消除侧抽芯滑块配合间隙对侧抽芯镶块定位精度和刚度的影响,增设支撑柱和精密定位锁扣以加强模具的总体刚度和合模精度。
A precision injection mold was designed by analyzing the structural process of the synchronizing wheel plastic part.The plastic part was adopted with four-cavity and pin-point gate.In order to calculate the main dimensions of the mold cavity,mold manufacturing errors and wear errors should be concerned.Moreover,the proper parting surface was chosen to guarantee the geometric and position tolerance of the plastic product;and wedge positioning structure was adopted to eliminate the effect of positioning accuracy and stiffness of the side core pulling insert produced by fit clearance of the side core pulling slide;and the support columns and precision positioning lock catches can enhance the overall stiffness and improve the clamping accuracy of the mold.
