摘要
介绍了单片机控制的IGBT逆变式脉冲TIG焊机的系统结构、原理和时序控制规范 ,给出了单片机数字系统的硬件和软件框图 ,并就所采用的两种新颖实用的工频高压脉冲引弧和接触提升引弧作了研究。
The author introduced the structure,principle and sequence control specification of IGBT inversely-pulsed TIG welding machine controlled by single-chip computer,gave out the hardware and software flowcharts of the digital system of single-chip computer and presented the investigation results on adopted novel and practical power frequency high voltage pulsed arc and touch-lift arc.
