摘要
分析了计算机辅助设计(CAD)优势与多学科整合、流程的关系,基于Pro-E的计算机辅助手段对大型机床产品进行因素分析与优化设计,提出给予计算机辅助设计技术支撑,利用产品系统因素分析结果在设计过程进行阶段性指导的方法。将该方法应用于大型机床实际产品开发设计,显示出计算机辅助设计的灵活性与系统分析的整体性优点,减低了产品风险,提高了研发效率。
It gave an analysis between computer aided design(CAD) and the integration of multi disciplines, process. It took a systemic analysis and optimization design on the large-scale machine product in Pro-E. It presented an approach based of the support of CAD techniques and the process control of systemic analysis results. It applied on the practical product design and development, showed the advantage of CAD. The method reduced the product risk and improved the development efficiency.
