摘要
在土地等资源要素需要节约利用、产业需要集群发展、企业需要集约经营的大背景下,都市核心区的楼宇经济应运而生,并赋予了城市蓬勃发展的时代特征,成为城市经济转型、产业升级、能级提升、低碳经济的新引擎。都市的核心区,汇聚了都市大部分的商务机构。就具体对策而言,都市要按照系统工程的思路,抓好楼宇经济的要素配置与协同配套,做大做强楼宇经济。
On the context of land and other resource elements being used economically, industry being developed in cluster, and enterprises being run intensively, building economy in City center was born at the historic moment, which has made city vigorously develop, and become new engines of economic transformation, industrial upgrading, level improving, developing low carbon economy. Most of business institutions gathered in central zone of the city. As to the suggestions for its development, we put forward that, to make building economy growth, elements configuration and collaborative supporting of building economy should be done well, in accordance with the urban system engineering ideas.
