摘要
以苊为原料,经硝化、还原、Bucherer逆反应、醚化和氧化5步反应合成了1,1',8,8'-(4-萘醚)四甲酸二酐(EDNTDA)。考察了微波作用下酚自偶联醚化条件,结果表明,微波作用下,功率600 W,温度150℃,醚化反应只需2 h,反应收率可达57.8%。
Using acenaphthene as raw material, 4,4'-ether dinaphthalene 1,1 ', 8,8'-tetracarboxylic dianhydride was synthesized through nitration, reduction, Bucherer reverse reaction, etherification and oxidation. The conditions of phenol self-coupling etherification under microwave irradiation were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions under microwave irradiation were the power of 600 W,the temperature of 150 ℃ ,and the reaction time of only 2 h,with the yield reaching 57.8%.
