行业特色型高校共建体制探析——以南京信息工程大学的局省共建为例

Analysis on Jointly Construction Mechanism of Universities with Industrial Characteristics:A Case Study on Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology

共建是我国高等教育体制改革的一种制度创新,对推动行业特色型高校的转型发展发挥了重要的促进作用。但是,体制改革的宏观制度陷进、管理权限的模糊性及投资体制异步性等制度障碍也制约了行业特色型高校的转型发展。以南京信息工程大学的局省共建为例,分析了局省共建的发展路径,提出了深化局省共建的对策建议。

Jointly construction mechanism is a kind of system innovation in higher education system which has played an important role in promoting the transformation development of universities with industrial characteristics, however, there are some system obstacles such as macro-system trap, the fuzziness of administrative rights and the asynchronous of investment system. The paper takes the example of the Jointly construction between China Meteorological Administration and Jiangsu Province in Nanjing University of Information Science ＆ Technology, analyzes the effect and development path, puts forward the strategies for the Jointly construction.
