协同创新运行机制探析——基于高校创新主体的视角

Exploration on the Cooperative Innovation Mechanism——Base on the perspective of university

通过协同创新内涵和要素等的综合分析,探讨高校主导的协同创新运行机制的基本内涵;分析我国高校主导的协同创新动力机制中在思想、利益分配方式和评价指标体系上存在的问题,以及高校协同创新内部跨学科研究和外部协同创新的几种具体运行方式的优缺点、特点及适用范围等;提出了完善高校主导的协同创新运行机制的对策建议。

On the base of the comprehensive analysis on the cooperative innovation＇s connotation and factors, this paper discusses the basic connotation of the university dominant cooperative innovation mechanism. It analyzes the existing problems in ideology, interest allocation pattern and evaluation index system of the university dominant cooperative innovation＇s dynamic mechanism, then discusses advantages and disadvantages, features and application range of several specific operation modes that of the interdisciplinary research and the external cooperative innovation. It also put forward reasonable suggestions to the development of the university cooperative innovation mechanism.
