焙烧温度对Ni/MgO-Al_2O_3催化环戊二烯选择加氢制备环戊烯的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法分别制备了不同条件下的MgO-Al2O3复合载体和Ni/MgO-Al2O3催化剂,并考察了Ni/MgO-Al2O3用于环戊二烯(CPD)选择加氢制备环戊烯(CPE)的催化性能.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET等技术对催化剂进行了表征,考察了焙烧温度对Ni/MgO-Al2O3催化剂结构的影响.研究结果表明,复合载体与催化剂焙烧温度分别为700℃、450℃,NiO负载量为15%时,制备的催化剂比表面积和孔径大小适宜,催化剂的催化性能最好. A series of MgO-Al2O3composite supports and Ni/MgO-Al2O3catalysts under different conditions were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method.The activity of nickel-based catalyst for selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene(CPD) to cyclopentene(CPE) was tested.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and BET surface area measurements,which reveals the effects of calcination temperature on the structure of Ni/ MgOAl2O3.The results indicate that with the calcination temperature of composite supports and catalyst is 700℃ and 500℃ separately,containing 15% NiO,the catalyst exhibited suitable BET surface area,pore size and the best activity.
