Performance Evaluation on Listed Companies of Building Materials Based on DEA Model

运用数据包络分析中的CCR模型和BCC模型对40家建材行业上市公司进行绩效评价研究,测算了各公司的总体效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,并对非DEA有效的公司指出了使其达到有效的改进路径和方向。通过对建材类上市公司的绩效评价和分析,发现其经营中存在的问题,为决策者作出正确决策提供更多有用的信息,进而有助于提高建材类上市企业的综合竞争力。

This paper analyzed the performance evaluation of 40 listed companies of building materials industry with Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） CCR model and BCC model. It calculated the total, pure technological and scale efficiency of these 40 listed companies, and then put forward the path and direction of non - DEA efficient and effective companies. Through the analysis of building materials and the performance evaluation of listed companies, we found out the problems in its operations. So more useful information will be provided for policy makers to make the right decisions, in order to help improve the building materials market competitiveness of enterprises.
