国外大学科技园学术型企业家孵化理论研究述评

Foreign Literature Review of Academic Entrepreneur Incubation of University Science Parks

鉴于学术型企业家在大学科技园和企业以及区域经济发展中的重要作用,对国外学者就学术型企业家的孵化理论研究进行了回顾。首先在确定国外大学科技园企业家构成的基础上,从学术型企业家在创建和经营管理企业过程中遭遇困难的原因剖析、学术型企业家的孵化影响因素以及相关对策三个维度就学术型企业家孵化理论进行了总结归纳。然后通过对国内外学术型企业家孵化理论研究现状的比较分析,剖析了国内学者在研究内容和方法方面的差距,并据此针对我国学者今后在学术型企业家孵化理论领域的研究进行了展望。

The paper reviews foreign studies on the entrepreneur incubation of university science parks were reviewed, since academic entrepreneurs play an important role in the development of university science parks, enterprises in parks, and local economies. These studies were summarized from three factors, including reason analysis of difficulties academic entrepreneurs faced or facing in the enterprises＇ setup and operation process, influencing factors of academic entrepreneur incubation, and tactics and suggestions on the academic entrepreneur incubation, based on the identification of entrepreneur constitutors of university science parks. Then the status quo of foreign and domestic studies in this field was compared, based on which the insufficiency and deficiencies of domestic researches were investigated. Finally, it advocafes future research was advocated pertinent to domestic scholars.
