以"两型"社会建设为视角,企业向生态成长模式转变,需要从企业自身方面创新成长理念,更新企业知识,确立新的企业成长目标并制定新的企业成长战略;同时,也需要政府、社会营造相应的环境以促进企业生态成长模式的建立。

From the＂ society＂ construction perspective, the paper suggests that the changing pattern of business growth, mainly the growth of their own innovative needs to update, such as establishing the new business growth objectives and developing new business growth strategy. Meanwhile, the government also needs the community to create the appropriate environment to promote business growth mode transition as soon as possible.
