Based on the local industry situation upgrading in Changshu, the paper analyzes the industry structural adjustment direction and objective requirements of talent demand in Changshu. Then it explains the basic present situation and restriction factors of talent development in Changshu. The paper states how to accelerate the talent construction countermeasure in Changshu from the angels of government, school, enterprise and society.
