试论美国的有条件经济援助

摘要为了实现其对外政策目标,美国往往为其对外经济援助附加政治经济条件,如购买美国产品、经济体制改革、市场化、民主化、人权等。这些附加条件成为美国干涉受援国内政的有效工具,从根本上讲是为美国的国家利益服务的。从结果来看,不仅无助于美国目标的实现,反而导致受援国国内矛盾丛生。
