摘要
为了提高燃料燃烧效率和磁铁矿氧化速度、降低固体燃料用量和提高烧结矿强度 ,对添加剂强化烧结过程进行了研究 .结果表明 :分别将 0 .1‰添加剂加入到钒钛磁铁精矿和低氟磁铁精矿中 ,烧结矿利用系数分别提高0 .0 4~ 0 .0 5t (m2 ·h)和 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 3t (m2 ·h) ,转鼓强度分别从 6 6 .8%提高到 6 8.7%和从 6 3.82 %提高到 6 7.1 6 % ,每吨烧结矿节省焦粉 3kg ;添加剂可以提高磁铁矿的氧化速度 ,降低焦粉热解温度 ;将 0 .2‰添加剂加到焦粉中 ,焦粉的开始热解温度从 46 0℃降到 40 0℃ ,热解终止温度从 72 0℃降到 5 6 0℃ .
The aim of this article is to improve the burning efficiency of fuel, the oxidizing rate of magnetite and the intensity of sinter and to decrease the quantity of solid fuel through adding additive. Test results indicated that by adding respectively 0.01% additive to vanadium titanomagnetite concentrate or low fluorineconcentrate,sinter productivity was from 0.04 t/(m 2·h) to 0.05 t/(m 2·h) and from 0.02 t/(m 2·h) to 0.03 t/(m 2·h),the tumbler strength was respectively increased from 66.8% to 68.7% and from 63.82% to 67.16%.The solid fuel was decreased by 3 kg/t.The additive can increase oxidation rate of magnetite and decrease the initial temperature of heat decomposition of coke. By adding 0.02% additive the initial temperature of heat decomposition of coke was decreased from 460 ℃ to 400 ℃,the final temperature of heat decomposition was decreased from 720 ℃ to 560 ℃. [
