摘要
就业是关系国家发展和人民福祉的大事,辽宁省作为带动东北老工业基地发展的龙头省份,其就业问题不仅关系到全省经济、社会可持续发展,更关系到整个东北地区振兴的成败。然而,就业模式利益势差的存在阻碍了就业模式优化和固有优势发挥,影响了劳动力资源的配置效率,因此亟待关注。分析辽宁省现有以不同标准划分的就业模式的利益势差,有助于认清省内劳动力资源配置存在的障碍,为优化劳动力资源配置、完善就业模式、整合劳动力市场、正确制定就业政策以及选择适合辽宁省发展的就业模式提供依据。
It is obvious that employment has great relationship with both the development of China and people's living condition. As the leading province of northeast industrial base, the employment in Liaoning is related with the economy and sustainable development of Liaoning, even with the development of whole northeast area. However, the difference of employment models do harm to the allocation of resource, we must pay attention to it. This study analyzes the benefit differences of different kinds of employment models, describes existed obstacles in labor resource configuration and provides theoretical bases for optimizing labor resource, perfecting employment models and labor market, making appropriate employment policies and choosing suitable employment model in Liaoning province.
