现代农业产业体系是2007年中央一号文件提出的今后我国现代农业建设的重要任务,它是以高科技含量、高附加值、低能耗、低污染的农产品为核心,以技术、人才、资本、信息等高级要素为支撑,能实现农业产前、产中和产后协调发展的有机整体,具有技术创新性、功能多元性、生产设施性、产业高端性、可持续发展性和调控高效性等特征。为了尽快建成有中国特色的现代农业产业体系模式,必须要积极健全农业产业体系的结构政策、技术政策、组织政策和布局政策。

The modern agricultural industrial system is an important task in the future of China＇s modern agriculture construction proposed by the Central government in 2007. The modern agricultural industrial system takes hightech, high value-added, low power consumption, low pollution agricultural products as its core, and takes technology, talent, capital and information as its support to achieve the coordination between prenatal, delivery and postnatal links. The modern agricultural industrial system has the characteristics such as technical innovation, versatility, production facilities, high-end industrialization, sustainable development and efficient regulation. In order to quickly build modern agricultural industrial system with Chinese characteristics, we must actively improve the structural policies, technology policies, organizational policies and distribution policies of agricultural industrial system.
