摘要 利用Pd Al2 O3催化剂 ,采用固定床连续工艺将 2 ,3,5 三甲基苯醌催化加氢合成得到 2 ,3,5 三甲基氢醌 .考察了催化剂的载体、焙烧温度和活性组分分布类型对催化剂初活性和初选择性的影响 .通过条件试验 ,得出 :催化剂的载体为Al2 O3,催化剂的焙烧温度为 30 0~ 5 0 0℃ ;选用蛋壳型的催化剂 ,优化了 2 ,3,5 三甲基氢醌合成的工艺条件 . Trimethylhydroquinone was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation of 2, 3, 5 trimethylbenzoquinone over Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst in a fixed bed continuous process. The effects of the supports, the calcination temperature and the type of active component distribution of catalysts on the initial activity and initial selectivity of catalysts were investigated. By means of some conditional experiments, the support of catalyst was selected to be Al 2O 3, the calcination temperature of catalyst was selected between 300~500 ℃ and the eggshell catalyst was selected, thereby optimizing the process conditions for synthesizing 2, 3, 5 trimethylhydroquinone.
