摘要
为开发制备高性能Al Fe V Si耐热铝合金的新型工艺 ,研究了用多层喷射沉积制备该合金管坯的规律 ,探讨了熔体温度、雾化气压、喷射高度等工艺参数对管坯组织结构的影响 .研究结果表明 ,通过工艺优化可以制备性能优异的耐热铝合金管坯 .挤压加工后的性能为 :在 2 5℃ ,σb =44 9MPa ,δ =7.6 % ;在 35 0℃ ,σb =1 85MPa ,δ =6 .0 % .这与用粉末冶金方法制备的相近 ,且明显高于用传统喷射沉积工艺制备的该材料性能 .
In order to develop a new technology to produce fine properties Al Fe V Si alloy, the pipe producing regularities of multi layer spray deposition (MLSD) have been studied and the effects of process parameters, such as alloy temperature, atomization gas pressure and deposition height, etc , on pipe microstructure have also been analyzed. It is shown that fine properties alloy pipe can be produced by optimum technology and the produced alloy has higher properties than that produced by traditional spray deposition.[
