大型红土镍矿回转窑窑内温度分析

摘要 随着不锈钢和电池行业的快速发展,对镍的需求也不断增加,主要用来生产金属镍和镍铁合金的红土矿将会得到更大程度的开发。回转窑作为红土镍矿工艺流程中关键的设备,规格也在不断的增大,窑内部的反应也原来越复杂,型号的增大、复杂的反应对窑内部的温度有很大的影响,窑内的温度又对大型回转窑设计材质的选取,以及制造方式的选取等方面有决定性的作用。本文通过能量衡算对还原红土镍矿大型回转窑的窑体内部温度进行分析。 The need of nickel is increasing with the development of stainless and battery, so the lateritic nickel ex- ploitation which is mainly used for product nickel and nickel iron steel will be larger. Rotary Kilns are key device in the program of lateritic nickel process. The size is increasing and the reduction in rotary kiln is complex more and more which make a large effect on internal temperature of the rotary kiln, and the internal temperature have a main effect on selection of materials and manufactory method. The paper gives an analysis to large - scale rotary kiln of reduction lateritic nickel by energy balance.
