摘要
根据转台式震动成型机的结构特点和工作原理,经过认真分析和仔细研究,对震动成型机转台部分加工方法和整机装配的实际情况,利用装配过程中对模套底座和契块的调整来满足转台模套底座上平面的平面度、模套底座上平面的高度、重锤中心线与模套底座上平面的中心线、及模套底座与框架的相关位置精度。用几个常用的简单工具就可以简化了加工程序节省了占用大型设备、起重设备的时间,从而提高了生产效率。
Based on the structure characteristics and working principle of rotary - table type vibration chine, after analyzing and studying carefully for mac parts on rotary table of vibration molding molding ma- machine and assemblying the whole machine, adjusting the set base of die sleeve and the wedge block during the assembly process to meet the flatness, the plane height, the central line between the tension weight midline and the base plane centerline of die sleeve and the related position precision of the die sleeve base and the frame. Several com- mon simple tools can simplify the processing procedure which saving the occupation of large equipment, the time of hoisting equipment, thereby improving the production efficiency.
