摘要
通过分析大型半进料端盘变形的原因,认为变形主要是由于原铸造工艺方案设计不合理,浇注位置及冒口设置阻碍铸件凝固收缩,造型方法对控制砂型尺寸有影响。提出改进工艺,采取锥盘加工面朝上的方案,取消法兰处冒口,由组芯造型改为刮板造型,合理分布浇注系统,彻底解决变形问题,并提高工艺出品率及生产效率。
By analysing the casting process of large - sized half feeding pan, this article showed the causes of casting deformation due to irrational old foundry technological design, gating system and riseres reject shrinkage in casting solidifying; modelling method effectes casting dimension foundry technological design was improved as following: the pan^onical machined surface is modeled upwards, the side riser was' remove, core assembly modelling was replace with scraping plate modeling, proper gating system was newly distribute, therefor, the casting deformation was thor- oughly solved so that the yield was increased and productivity was raisen.
