铁缺乏与心力衰竭的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 心力衰竭（心衰）是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈和（或）射血能力受损而引起的一组综合征，是各种心血管病的终末期。心衰治疗，应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂、钙通道阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂等已得到公认，但仍不能完全解决心衰的治疗问题，需要更多的研究来改善心衰患者的预后。
