On the Basic Elements of the Performance Evaluation in the Modern Agricultural Operation Organizations

要发展农村经济必须依托现代农业经营组织,将广大农民群众组织起来,形成合力。基于此,近年来,我国各地组建了多种形式的农业经营组织,推动了农村经济发展。为了有效扶持更适于各地农村经济发展的现代农业经营组织,需要建立现代农业经营组织综合绩效评估体系,对其运营绩效进行客观评估。对绩效评估目的、评估对象、评估指标、评估标准、评分方法及评估结果等构成农业经营组织综合绩效评估体系的基本要素的科学分析是现代农业经营组织综合绩效评估的基础工作,其核心内容是评估指标、评估标准及评分方法。

The development of rural economy must rely on modern agricultural operation organizations which could organize the masses of peasants to form the resultant force. Therefore, in the past years, various forms of agricultural operation organizations have been developed all over China. For more effective support to the organizations which do well in the rural economic development, evaluation system for modern agricultural operation organizations＇ comprehensive performance should be built to give an objective appraisal of the agricultural operation organi zations＇ operating performance. And the scientific analysis on the basic elements of the agricultural operation organ- izations＇ performance evaluation system is the foundation of modern agricultural operation organizations~ compre hensive performance evaluation,those include the purpose of performance evaluation, the objects,the indicators,evaluation standards, evaluation methods and the results. And the indicators, evaluation standards and evaluation methods are the most important elements.
