摘要
就业公平是教育公平价值理想在社会领域的现实映射。就业公平与教育结果公平密不可分,对就业公平的研究具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。大规模社会调查、小范围的问卷调查,乃至记者的采访、学者的理论推断,都证明了就业不公现象的普遍存在。推行就业信息完全、充分、及时的公开,是破解就业不公顽疾的有力手段。建立完善有效的监督体系,是促进就业公平的有力保障。增强大学生的维权意识,是解决就业不公的根本途径。
The employment equity is the mapping of the ideal value on education reality in the social field. Employment equity and education equity are inseparable.Employment equity research has important practical significance and theoretical value.Large-scale social surveys ,small-scale survey,and even the reporters ,scholars of the theory,inference,attest to the prevalence of employment injustice.Completely full and timely implementation of the employment information public is a powerful means to crack job injustice ills.Establish a sound and effective system of supervision is a strong guarantee for the promotion of employment equity.Improve college students' awareness of rights is a fundamental way to solve the employment injustice.
