高校个性化教学对寻找失落的个性、教师个性回归、凸显中国大学特色都具重要价值。但是由于教育官本位文化、教师制度文化、教师行为文化、教育研究文化等因素的影响,导致个性化教学成为空中楼阁。为此,需剔除教育官本位文化,创新教师精神文化,改革教师制度文化,重构教师行为文化,改造大学物质文化,倡导教育家文化精神。

The personalized teaching in university is important for searching for the lost personality, return of teachers ＇personality and highlighting the features of college teaching.However,because of the education ranking culture, teachers＇ system culture, teachers＇ behavior culture and education research culture, individualized approach to college teaching is still in nubibus.Therefore,it is necessary to eliminate the education ranking culture, and reform teachers＇ spirit culture, carry innovation for teachers＇ system culture, reconstructure teachers＇ behavior culture,rebuild college material culture and advocate educators＇cultural spirit.
