摘要
随着新课程改革的深化,教师在理论上有了一定的基础,但教学行为并没有发生很大的转变,存在着教学理念和教学行为脱节的现象。教师要不断反思自我和学生的缄默知识,选择和调整自己的教学行为。具体体现在:讲授时要清晰明了,生动形象,贴近生活;提问时发问要精心设计,叫答要善于引导;互动时要做到课堂气氛宽松和谐,把握时机,激发互动;讨论时要做到创设情景、转化生成,合作交流、化隐为显,资源共享、化零为整,拓展延伸、化显为隐;评价时要开展真实性评价。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum,teachers' theoretical knowledge has been greatly improved.However,teachers'teaching behavior have not been significantly improved.Here is a kind of phenomenon,which is teaching idea and teaching behavior don't effective docking.From the point of view of epistemology, it is affected by tacit knowledge.Therefore ,teachers should keep reflection of tbemsemves and the students of tacit knowledge,select and adjust their teaching behaviors.Specific reflects in:Teaching should be clear,vivid image and close to the life.Designing question Careful and guiding the students to answer.When the interaction,keeping the classroom atmosphere relaxed and harmonious,seizing the opportunity to active the interaction.When discussing,Setting up situation to promote knowledge conversion and formation;carrying out cooperation and communication to change the tacit knowledge into the explicit knowledge;sharing the resources, gather parts into a whole;enriching practice to change the explicit knowledge into the tacit knowledge.Carrying out evaluation authenticity evaluation.
