论新时期的基层信访监督工作——以江苏金坛市为例

On Supervision of Grassroots Petition in the New Period——Taking Jintan City in Jiangsu Province as an Example

信访监督对人民群众有效行使民主权利、推进反腐倡廉建设和教育、保护干部具有重要意义。当前基层信访监督工作存在思想认识不到位、制度设计有缺陷、监督效果有待进一步提升等问题。要从贯彻落实科学发展观的战略高度,创新基层信访监督工作的思路与机制。

Petition supervision is of great significance for the masses to exercise their democratic rights effectively,to promote the construction of anti-corruption,to educate and protect the cadres.At present,there are problems in grassroots petition supervision,for example,ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,defectives in system design,supervision effect needs further improvement.The work idea and mechanism of grassroots petition supervision should be innovated from the strategic height of implementing the Concept of Scientific Development.
