区域现代服务业主导产业选择研究——基于江苏常州的实证分析

Research on the Selecting of Regional Leading Modern Services Industries——Based on the Empirical Analysis of Changzhou

从静态的角度来看,产业规模、产业发展潜力、社会效益、经济效益、比较优势等构成了区域现代服务业主导产业选择的指标体系;考虑到现代服务业在经济发展过程中的动态发展前景、对服务业或者其他产业部门的带动效应以及与周边城市的竞争状况等衡量标准,城市应重点发展生产性服务业,大力推动服务业与新兴产业的融合式发展。

From a static perspective,the five indicators： the scale of the industry,the potential for industrial development,social benefits,economic benefits and comparative advantages have been used to set up the regional leading services industries selection model.In the process of economic development,considering the dynamic prospects,the driving effect on the service industry or other industries and the competitive conditions of the surrounding cities of modern service industry,regional modern services should focus on the development of productive industry and vigorously promote the converged development of the service industry and emerging industries.
