摘要
高校中青年教师的发展关系到高校师资队伍综合素质和整体水平的提高,关系到高等学校的可持续性发展。但目前高校中青年教师发展遇到的瓶颈之一是,中青年教师聘任高级专业技术岗位的需求逐年增强,但岗位设置管理过程中,高级岗位结构比例相对固定,高级岗位数偏少。两者之间的矛盾如果长期得不到缓解,势必会影响中青年教师工作积极性和创造性的发挥,影响高校教师队伍的稳定和健康发展,应该引起政府以及高校管理部门的高度重视。
The development of young college teachers is essential to the improvement of overall quality of college faculty and the sustainable development of universities and colleges.However,one of the bottlenecks in the development of young college teachers is that the demand for senior professional and technical posts is increasing year by year,but in the post setting management process,the proportion of senior posts is relatively fixed and the number is small.If the contradiction can't be resolved for a long time,it is bound to affect the enthusiasm and creativity of young teachers,which will affect the stable and healthy development of the university teachers.The government,society and the university itself should pay great attention to the problem.
